Refund Policy for Gym Memberships:

  1. No Refund Policy:
    • Gym memberships are non-refundable.
    • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, change of mind, or unused membership periods.
  2. Membership Cancellation:
    • In the event of membership cancellation, no refunds will be given.
    • Memberships cannot be exchanged for goods, coaching, personal training, or any other activity within the gym.
  3. Termination by the Club:
    • The management reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund if a member violates gym rules or defaults on payments.
  4. Change in Circumstances:
    • Memberships do not guarantee the same staff throughout the membership period. Changes in staff do not entitle members to a refund.
  5. Refund Process:
    • Any disputes or requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the gym management.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the sole discretion of the management.

Refund Policy for Supplements and Other Items Sold on the Website:

  1. Return and Refund Policy:
    • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy for supplements and other items purchased through our website.
  2. Eligibility for Refund:
    • To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  3. Refund Process:

    • Provide the order number, item description, and reason for the return.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. Approved Refunds:
