Gym Guidelines:
1.Working Hours: 05:30 am To 11:00 pm.
2.Biometric Device/QR Code: Members are requested to use the biometric device or scan QR code through the app for daily attendance.
3.Gym Usage: Access to gym facilities only after complete payment.
4.Valuables: Crunch Fitness holds no responsibility for theft and/or loss of valuables.
5.Hygiene and Cleanliness: Please carry a separate pair of shoes for workouts to avoid equipment damage from dust.
6.Offers: Prices and offers are subject to change at any time as per business requirements.
7.Assessments: Fitness & Nutrition assessments are offered on appointment only. Access assessment data and other gym updates through the app/card.
8.Injury Disclaimer: In the event of injury on the gym premises or during a Crunch Fitness-sponsored event, the gym will not be held responsible or liable for damages or claims.
9.Medical Clearance: Members with medical conditions should carry a doctor's clearance certificate before starting any exercise program. Members below the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult above 18.
10.Refund Policy: Crunch Fitness has a strict no refund policy, but allows to transfer & pause the membership as per the package features.
11.Queries and Feedback: For any queries, feedback, or suggestions, please feel free to write to hello@crunchfitness.in or drop a suggestion in the box at the gym.
Gym Etiquettes:
1.Return weights to racks; do not drop weights.
2.Use of mobile phones in the gym area is prohibited.
3.Avoid excessive noise; appropriate gym attire must be worn. Limit treadmill use to 20 minutes during peak hours.
Management Disclaimer:
1.The management reserves the right to admission.
2.Memberships are non-proprietary; no representation, written or oral, other than those contained in the rules, is authorized or binding.
3.The management may modify gym timings without prior notice. Intimations of modifications and holidays will be available to members through notices.
4.The management may introduce, discontinue, or modify any facility, service, equipment, rules, and regulations without prior notice.
5.The management is not liable for natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances. Operations may be temporarily or permanently discontinued, and no refunds or extensions will be given.
6.Participating gyms, intra-gym transfer, and loyalty program details may change without notice. Information on changes will be available at the front desk.
7.The management is not responsible for personal injuries or accidents. Members use facilities at their own risk.
8.Members are responsible for their belongings and advised not to carry valuables. The management is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
9.Members must not keep personal belongings or locker keys with any staff member. The management is not responsible for loss or theft resulting from such actions.
10.Parking/valet parking around the gym premises is the sole responsibility of members.
11.Membership fees and additional facility payments are non-refundable.
12.Members must make all payments at the front desk and retain valid receipts.
13.Payment towards membership or services ensures usage for the duration bought. Change in staff does not entitle any member to a refund.
14.Membership of those not abiding by the rules or defaulting in payments will be terminated without a refund.
15.Members must not carry or store any illegal items or arms and ammunition on the gym premises.
16.Members are assumed to have read all rules and regulations governing gym operations.
17.Refrain from using abusive language, fighting, or treating anyone disrespectfully. The management may suspend or cancel the rights, privileges, or membership of individuals without refund for detrimental actions.
18.Smoking, consuming alcohol, and chewing tobacco or beetle leaf on the premises are strictly prohibited. Entering the premises under the influence of alcohol or any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. The management may suspend or cancel rights, privileges, or membership without refund for rule violations.
19.Entrance of attendants/drivers/servants/bearers/pets/kids is not allowed into the gym premises.
20.Members and their guests are not permitted to bring any food/beverages from outside for consumption within the gym premises.
21.All members and their guests are required to register at the reception before admission to the premises on a day-to-day basis.
22.Lockers are available for day use only. Members are requested to store their valuables in the locker provided on a day-to-day basis and return locker keys at their respective sections. In case of loss of locker keys, a charge of Rs. 500/- will be levied to replace the lock.
23.The management reserves the right to close any part of the gym for routine maintenance.
